Very comprehensive filmography on IMDB data base. I have never had any reason to doubt it.

Bruce’s song “Lift Me Up” was in the movie “Limbo” http://movies.nytimes.com/movie/review?res=9B01E4DA1F30F937A35755C0A96F958260
Bruce also had the title song in 1999 moive “Dead Man Walking” starring Sean Penn about a man in prison on death row. “Dead Man Walking” is the term used for his last walk to get executed.

The only movie that I know of that Bruce as himself was in (Besides concert movies) was “High Fidelity” starring John Cusack. Bruce had a cameo in it for some reason. If you blinked you could have missed it.

Also, I am pretty sure at least 1 Bruce song was in the Sopranos song with Nils Lofgren and Little Steven.

What Soundtracks include The River by Bruce Springsteen?
Question
Maybe this should be a music question, but I am specifically looking for movies that include the song The River, by Bruce Springsteen. I had thought it was in Copland, but I just watched it again and I was wrong, it was Stolen Car. I know I have seen at least one movie that included it, and it’s bugging me that I can’t figure it out. Any help?

High Fidelity, starring John Cusack, Tim Robbins, and Catherine Zeta-Jones, had “The River” as part of its soundtrack.

What is the name of the slow, acoustic song in “The Wrestler”? NOT the Bruce Springsteen song! ?
Question
There’s a slow, acoustic guitar song that they used to add emotion throughout the film to sadder parts but I can’t find out what the name of the song is. It might be part of the original score or something but I haven’t been able to find any of the original songs from the movie. I’m NOT thinking of “The Wrestler” by Bruce Springsteen that was used in the trailer/end credits.

That movie was amazing. My new favorite. I looked it up on itunes its called The Wrestler (feat. slash) by Clint Mansell. Hope that helped.
