He was talking about black icons and how that it really motivated him because he was black too but at the most I would say that one of his grandparents was bi-racial.

You do realize he could just be half. I had a friend who was half black and half white and you would never have guessed. She had blonde hair and blue eyes, but her father was in fact black. It may not always show, but that 50% DOES make a person black.

I don’t agree with your teacher. Black History Month is celebrated annually in the United States and Canada the entire month of February. It’s NOT just celebrated from Feb. 1 through the 28th.
