Michael Steel hired by MSNBC. What happened to being press secretary for John Boehner?
Question
There are several news reports about him working for MSNBC now, but I can’t find anything on why he quit being the Speakers spokesman. Was it the money or were there issues between him and Boehner? Just curious if anybody knows the political gossip.

@ pho, I didn’t think about that, but it would seem to be a bit unethical.
@ turtle, from what I’ve read, he would be doing a simliar job as Juan Williams does at Fox.

I don’t know, why don’t you ask John?

No indication that he quit being John Boehner’s press secretary.
He’s probably doing both.

What’s his job on MSNBC? Like Juan Williams on Fox? If so, then I say good for MSNBC, they are seeing the light of being more fair and balanced.

The difference between Steele and Juan Williams is that Steele is a real conservative not a pseudo liberal conservative like Juan Williams.
